Minimum 6 month contract (£200 deposit required).

The terraced house is fully furnished to a high standard inc all cooking facilities, washing machine, leather sofa's, electric shower, 2 toilets, garden etc.

I am looking for young working professionals/Students who are sociable, tidy and can respect the other housemates!

The house is next to the number 2, 3 and 3a bus stop which goes directly to the city centre, which will take about 10 mins.

There is also a ASDA and Co-op Supermarket within walking distance. (as well as a good range of takeaways including KFC)
