Down the road is modern leisure centre, John Charles, with gala swimming pool.

There are excellent bus services down Dewsbury Road.

A cleaner comes in weekly for shared areas.

The room has double bed, hanger rails, chest of drawers, tv, shelves.

In the bathroom are bath and powershower.

The clean tidy kitchen with eating area has all major appliances, cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher.

There is safe parking in the cul-de-sac, and close access to motorways M62 and M1. White Rose centre 10 minutes away, centre of town 15 mins on bus.

Short lets available at £80 a week.
