Room to rent in Beeston, Leeds

Hi! I’m Jakob, and i’m looking for a new housemate to move in preferably before the start of July. I live in Beeston, Leeds.

The house is mine, so there is no contract to sign; you can move straight in and stay as long as you like. I have two cats, so unfortunately I couldn’t accept any more pets. Your room would be the attic room in the last few pictures; everything is yours (mattress, desk, table, bookshelf etc) if you’d like to keep it except the plants. If you’d like to decorate it, feel free! The house is queer + vegetarian friendly.

I work away from home half the week and when I am home I tend to spend most of my time in my room, so the house will be mostly your domain and you will have free use of any amenities pictured.

The house is on Beeston Hill, a short walk to the local Co-Op and Asda, and a short bus ride to the city centre. Monthly cost is £550, which includes all the rent, bills and tax - no extras. I would only ask that you could feed the cats for me on the days I work! They are called Spooky and Smudge, and they’re both very friendly and sweet.
