- Hygene practices and tidiness are essential.

- Sorry but no pets, no smoking or no drinking alcohol is inside the house also for hygene reasons.
- Rent for single room rent is £70 per week, deposite is £250.
- Bills (gas, electricity and water) are shared and these roughly would £1.10 per day in Summar.

- less than 37 years old.
- Prefereable a single professional/student females (as I had very bad experience with males and their hygene prctices).
