I have converted a downstairs bedroom into a bed sitting room with a double bed, wardrobe, study area with P. C station, kitchenette with fridge and 50'' smart T. V which is wall mounted.
There is shared use of 3 bathrooms between 4 occupants and access to a large south facing mature back garden with patio
There is ample off road parking and easy access to public transport routes to Leeds, Keighley/ Skipton and Bradford. A shuttle bus bus stop in 50 yards away and we are 1 mile from 2 train stations.
We have a dog which sleeps in a sun room near the room to let, so you would need to not mind dogs
We are all early risers who enjoy an outdoor life and quiet evenings
The Leeds/ Liverpool canal and Ilkley moor are within easy reach and we are only half an hour by car or train from the Yorkshire Dales.
