We have a very spacious newly decorated basement flat in our lovely home to rent. It has its own private Sitting room with 4K Smart TV and fast fibre broadband. A private Separate shower room with large shower and sink, a W/C and a double bedroom with plenty of storage. The accommodation has its own front door with letter box and doorbell and spacious staircase with hallway.

The kitchen/diner is shared with us. We each have our own door from the kitchen to our serrate parts of the house. It has appliances including a dishwasher which can all be used.
We have a decent size terrace with lots of plants and plenty of seating that is for communal use. A great afternoon sun trap!

We live at the property with our 3 year old Dog Orzo.

The house is situated in the Bingley Poplar area. 2 minute walk to Myrtle Park. 5 minutes to the train station with connections to Leeds etc. BD16
