A great room to rent overlooking Myrtle Park

I have a lovely double room to rent in a very quite street next to Myrtle Park.

I live in the property so will be here the majority of the time. My six year old daughter stays a couple of nights a week so you would have to like young well behaved kids!

I have two cats also, so animal friendly is a must!

You would have pretty much sole use of the main bathroom as I tend to use my ensuite throughout the week.

I would recommend a viewing to appreciate how nice and welcoming the house is!

My housemate would need to be tidy and considerate, and also somebody who I could get on.

My neigbours are wonderful and very quite. All in all its a lovely place to live! I am sure you would enjoy!
