Bright airy room offered in small semi close to amenities & 10-15 mins walk from train station.

Meals on offer if interested, I used to work in catering but whatever suits tenant.

Whilst I am a smoker, there is NO smoking inside the house and I request that the tenant respects house rules. The house is lived in, but comfortable and clean and the tenant will be expected to be maintain this standard.

There is no garage, but there is a long drive and I have a nice back garden with a decking area to sit in the summer. Gardeners welcome !
I have broadband internet access and Sky sports TV.
I am a keen golfer & pool player when weather and funds permit, and I love my sport, with a decent pint or a nice glass of red in good company.
