2 rooms on the top floor of a quirky house

I have two double rooms available on the top floor to rent in a quirky three bed house located in Birstall, Batley for a monthly rate of £500. Both of the rooms are of ample size, one of which can be used as a bedroom and the other as a dressing room/office/living space.

All bills are included in the monthly rate and no deposit is required. Both of the rooms can be decorated to desired taste but have been recently refreshed. Within one of the rooms there is a small double wardrobe and a double bed and mattress which can either be used or removed depending on requirements. Both rooms consist of wall shelves, curtain poles/blinds. There is also plenty of storage available in a large dry cellar should this be needed. Also in the cellar is a double sofa and TV bench should the second room be used as own living space and be required.

Pictures of both bedrooms are shortly to be updated with the decoration refresh.

On the first floor there is a large shared living room which has sky tv, three seat sofa, a large chair and a large fireplace. There is also the kitchen that provides access to the upper floors and the cellar. Within the kitchen there is an extendable dining table and appliances comprise of an American style fridge-freezer, microwave, electric cooker, washing machine and the usual such as kettle and toaster.
On the second floor there is a large shared bathroom which comprises of separate toilet, shower over bath, sink and a large storage facility.

To the right of the house there is a small enclosed outdoor area, of which if you are a smoker is ideal. Within the area is the bin store and some outdoor seating.

I am the current tenant and have been in the house for nearly 4 years. I'm a professional working within the area in retail. At times I don't always get a lot of time to myself but when I do I like to spend that time with family or friends. I like discovering new music. .
I have one indoor cat.

The house is in a very highly sought after and ideal location. Close to transport links to Leeds, Huddersfield, Bradford and Wakefield. There is a train station within Batley which is just a short journey from the house. There is also a bus route up to junction 27 retail park.
