Double and single room in Birstall Howden Clough

Anybody looking for temporary accommodation?... I've a house in Howden Clough Birstall. I've put it up for sale. Rather than it been empty while it sells. I'll temporary let it cheap. Current tennant moving out 10/03/24. Pm me for details. Must prove income and pass credit check. Once an offer is accepted I've known it take anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months to complete, so plenty of notice will be given (1 month at least.) Double room, and single room with no window. Would fairly work out at £400 for double and £300 for single. With gas electric and council tax included. Whole house £700. Cheapest in the area by far! As it is up for sale.
