Main bedroom has built-in furniture with double bed; sitting room has leather recliner and stool; desk; and sofa-bed. Shared, well equipped kitchen and dining room. Wi-fi and all bills included. House is situated approx. one mile from Halifax town centre in the Akroydon conservation area with buses to Bradford and town centre stopping outside. Evening meals can be provided if required or use of communal kitchen. Would suit mature person(s) working in Halifax area but with home further afield. Quiet, professional household.
