One double room in large old house 1 mile from tow

Testing the water . I have a large house with three extra double rooms . looking to let one . so choice of three. Photo shows one room with furniture , others have storage at moment . Prefer Quiet professional female . either Monday to Friday or all week . Less than 1 mile walk into town and dean clough . Parking for one car off road . Garden etc . I am director of small company nearby . There are two bathrooms ,one with shower . Large utility room . possible front room share but bedrooms are big and will have tv and will fit sofa and bed . Bills and Wi-Fi included . Nice semi rural position above the road .
House is very old and quaint .
