I am a professional that is mainly living abroad. My son lives in the house with 2 cats and currently our dog, which will be returning to my abroad home in May. Cats may stay & you may need to feed them.

You can share the fridge/ freezer and have own cupboard space for food.
No parties / overnight guests by prior approval only.
This is a quiet area and the gardens are private. Cameras operate the garden / gate.
Bills included except council tax. Sky TV is currently available but wont be renewed and included when it ends.
The home will be for rent as a whole from September so short term is only available presently.
I am in the UK to show around and interview from the 2nd April.
