Long term or Short term considered. Students also welcome. 1 or 2 rooms will be given. Bills included (Wifi/Broadband/Gas/electric). Very quiet neighbourhood with private parking on a drive. Well decorated and very clean house. New Washing machine, fridge freezer and other kitchen essentials will be provided. Double room has been newly decorated with double bed, wardrobe included (furnished). Couples welcome. Each room has enough space for a double size bed and a large wardrobe and dressing table. Ideal location, 2 miles to city centre, 3.5 miles from Local hospital. Supermarkets, shops and takeaways close by. For those who use public transport there are regular regular buses to city in walking distance. To top it off, I can even help you move some of your stuff free of charge from your current place (if your local enough) 😀. Finally the only thing we ask for is to Keep the place clean and be respectful to neighbours.
