Single Room in Quiet House

Hi there,

I live in a lovely two-bedroomed house 20 mins walk from University and 30 mins walk into town.

I live with my two gerbils and maniac cat. If you are an animal hating party animal, then we are probably not destined to be together!

Please feel free to view the room. You will have the back bedroom which looks out over a garden with pond and numerous bird feeders. It also has great views over Bradford.

I would say it is a house for someone who wants to have a chat after a long day over a glass of something red but also wants to have their own space when they need it.

It have put the ad as Mon-Fri as my husband lives in the house weekends.
