Double room in quiet friendly house, near woods.

We're looking for a third housemate to join our quiet but friendly home. We're located near Heaton woods and allotments, in the Urban Village of Heaton, about 3 miles from Bradford city centre. We're close to the beautiful and award winning Lister Park, and close to the BRI. Frizinghall train station a 20 minutes walk with rail links to Bradford, Shipley and Leeds, and we're on a bus route into Bradford and Shipley. The house is a mid-Victorian terrace, with many original features. We have a small back garden with a vegetable plot. Our landlady/landlord live next door so are on hand to deal with practical problems. The rent for the room is £275 per month and the bills are £200 each per month, so the total you pay each month is £475 This includes broadband, Council Tax, all amenities, etc.
