I can see it is very hard to get on property ladder. What i am thinking to find few individuals who can invest few thousands.
with upto 5 investors/cash we can search and buy a house as a shared house. Everything would be legalised and it is genuine ad. It is also good idea to get on the property ladder.
There are many properties which are cheap but once we have few individual who are interested in any specific property then we will buy the house.
We will try to work in a way that it would benifit every one.
