I have 3 lovely refurbished rooms with new furniture within the basement of my house. It has a separate entrance and is completely private.

You will have your own living room and bathroom with a shower. There is a large kitchen with a fridge and freezer.

I am happy to consider a small family and the rent will be worked out accordingly.

There is a local bus route taking you into town literally outside the house. I am a 2 minute walk from Lister Park, and 15 minutes walk from Bradford Royal Infirmary and looking for professional females or a couple as there are 3 rooms available.

I am very friendly, easygoing and house proud looking for the same type of lodger. You won't see much of me as you will be tucked away at the bottom of my house.
