Newly renovated double room in Bradford

I have available a room in my lovingly restored Bradford home, ideally for a professional Monday-Friday let.

The house is located conveniently between Beacon road and Great Horton road for ideal access to Bradford, Halifax and Leeds alike.

The room itself offers a double bed and a 'walk-in' wardrobe of sorts with hanging space and drawers, however the room would equally accommodate more storage if needed.

The communal areas include a recently decorated large kitchen and living room and a shared bathroom just off the landing next to the bedrooms.

You would solely be sharing the house with me. I work as a Physiotherapist in the NHS from Monday-Thursday and I like to think I'm a low fuss, low maintenance person to live with, as long as basic standards of cleanliness and tidyness are met!
