The building has a very large washing machine, and separate tumble dryer, available for residents' use. These are smart machines, and you operate them with your mobile phone.

The building intercom works with your mobile phone, rather than the old fashioned intercom phones on the wall. This means that if someone dials your room number, your mobile phone will ring. You can even let them in from your mobile phone. You'll never miss another delivery!

Electronic Fob Locks

Living in shared accommodation sometimes comes with security risks, as door entry codes can be shared with non-residents/duplicate keys cut. This is not a risk at this building, as residents are given a single electronic fob, which is required to enter both the building, and the individual area of the building in which they live. In the event of loss, these fobs are deactivated immediately.

Rent Includes

The rent does not include wi fi, electricity, council tax, or a TV License. Wi fi can be procured at good rates from recommended supplier 4th Utility.

Electricity

The room has a pre-payment electricity meter, which control the electricity going to the plug sockets and lights in your room only. Electricity used to heat the hot water, and use the kitchen, is included within the rent.
