Currently a single living occupant (aged 25) looking to give someone a private room and share the rest of my house with. I also live with my dog... Despite this, I keep the house tidy and would expect a housemate to contribute towards that as well.

The room advertised is a double room, which is furnished. If you would prefer the room to be unfurnished, this can be sorted.
