The house features 6 spacious bedrooms spread across 3 floors, with 2 shared bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a new double bed, a wardrobe, bedside table & mirrors. The room can come staged if requested.

Stay connected with strong, reliable WiFi available throughout the entire house.

The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including a washing machine, oven/grill, fridge freezer, microwave, and kettle. Each tenant is allocated personal cupboard space, with additional communal cupboards, crockery, and utensils. Cleaning appliances such as a vacuum cleaner, mop, and brush are also provided.

To ensure a clean and tidy living environment, a professional cleaner will service the communal areas on a weekly basis.

Bathroom facilities are shared, with one bathroom designated for every three tenants.

All bills are included in the rent, covering gas/electric, council tax, water, WiFi, buildings insurance, gardener, cleaner, window cleaner, and maintenance costs.
