Double Bedroom in 3 Bed Room House

We have a lovely, spacious room available in our 3-bedroom house, and it could be your next cozy space! Here’s what you’ll love about it:
• Freshly Set Up: The room comes with a brand-new bed, and I’ll arrange for a comfy new mattress once the tenant is confirmed. It also includes a small cupboard for your essentials.
• Bright & Airy: A big window lets in plenty of natural light and offers a delightful view on sunny days. Plus, all windows are double-glazed, keeping the house quiet and well-insulated.
• Warm & Cozy: Each room is equipped with two radiators, ensuring you’ll stay toasty even on chilly days.

Shared Spaces:
• A clean and modern bathroom, a comfy living room, and a fully-equipped kitchen where we can chat or cook together (or not—your call!).
• A washing machine with a dryer is also available for your convenience.

Bills & Flexibility:
Gas and electricity are included in the rent, but if you’d prefer to split them monthly, we can chat about adjusting the rent to save you some cash. Totally up to you!

About Us:
• I’m a full-time warehouse professional, working 2 p. m. to 10 p. m. I enjoy cooking sometimes, but takeaways are my usual go-to.
• The other flatmate is a friendly MSc student who also works part-time.
