Wonderfully located house on a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of Eccleshill in Bradford.

I'm a friendly, easy-going person living in the home after it has been recently refurbished, and I'm looking for another clean, professional male to share with. I am rarely in the home as I am usually either working away or with my partner, so you would have free reign of the house 95% of the time.

You would be renting a large, fully furnished double room (including built-in wardrobes and fireplace), with an adjacent brand-new bathroom, and would have full use of the house.

There's a full set of new crockery, cutlery, and cookware (with a washing machine) in the brand-new kitchen, as well as a spacious living room with a large Smart TV. There is a space out front that could be used for either off-street parking or as a patio space if you so desire.

Close to various shops/takeaways/supermarkets (incl. a large Sainsbury's, Lidl & smaller Co-op) and approx. 10 mins from Apperley Bridge Train Station - which has free parking - so there are great transport links. It is only 10 mins to Bradford city center and 25 mins to Leeds. Plus, there are plenty of buses available from the main road, if you don't drive.
