A well equipped Kitchen with Fridge and freezer, microwave, washing machine, shower room & toilet, shared with up to 3 people.

We only take one person per room due to the limitation of the numbers of the people are permitted to live in the house under the HMO licence.

All our existing tenants are professionals. Living-in manager cleans the public area once a week The tenants' WhatsApp group keeps everyone well informed and communicated. The environment is very quiet, friendly, and peaceful.

No smoking inside of the building, No illegal drugs.
