Large double room in beautiful house!

Hi, I’m looking for a housemate to share a beautiful 3 bedroom semi detached house in Thackley, BD10.

The room is a large double with a desk, furnished with double bed, new Emma mattress, bedside tables, and wardrobe. The downstairs is a large kitchen/diner (fully equipped and with espresso machine), and living room with a desk you can use if you’d prefer. The third bedroom is an office which I use. There is one shared bathroom. There is a private rear garden with decking, and a front garden with vegetable patches. There is a driveway with off street parking and space for your car.

I’m a 31 year old professional female, interested in travel, running, cycling and food. I’m sociable but also like peace and quiet!

The room would be great for someone based in Leeds or Bradford. I commute into Leeds, either cycling down the canal or by train. It’s a 25 minute walk to Shipley station and a 14 minute train into Leeds. Or you drive to Shipley station (5 minute) or Apperley Bridge (7 minutes) and park, both stations have free parking.

There is a small high street in Thackley, plus supermarkets (Aldi, Morrisons & Sainsbury's) a 5 min drive away. Saltaire, Idle and Shipley are nearby so there are plenty of coffee shops, pubs/bars and restaurants!

Happy to consider a mid week only rental.
