I live alone. 🧍‍♀️ I have 2 available rooms, but I only let one out. Both are fully ‘bedroom & office’ furnished. 🛏️ 🖥️ . The photos are of the most favoured room.

I don’t mind if you smoke so long as it’s outside. There are sheltered areas at the front and rear.
Clean, new bedding and towels for each new housemate upon arrival if needed. No charge.
Kitchen has all common gadgets.
Tumble dryer available!

A variety of wildlife including deer, peacocks, squirrels like to come say “Hi!” at times. 🦌 🦚 🐿️

I have 2 cats. 🐈‍⬛ 🐈 They won’t hassle you.
However, reduction on rent if you are happy to feed them in my regular absences!

Within 20 mins walk are Shipley centre, Saltaire UNESCO village, Lister Park, River Aire, canal, Bradford centre, university and college, supermarkets. (All less than £5 in a taxi) 🚶‍♀️ 🚖

Perfect for a commuter base with a ‘silent’ train station just 0.2 miles away on the Bradford to Skipton line & Bradford to Ilkley line. Leeds is a 20 min train ride. Fantastic bus services on the doorstep too, taking you to LBA, Yeadon Tarn. A lot of residents live on here to cut down on petrol & parking costs. 🚊 🚌 💼
