The room would suit a mature student or visiting university lecturer. Not appropriate for a new student.
A large double room for Single Occupancy. Desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair, clothes rack.
This is a peaceful and established home close to the University.

Shared kitchen and living room.
Small backyard.
Bills and wifi included.
