Due to family emergency I have to leave my current flat earlier than expected (moving out on 27th Nov), and looking for someone to take over my contract.
The end date of the current contract is on 30th June 2026 (you can discuss it with the landlord for amendments).

The flat is 1 bedroom duplex luxury apartment in Mirage Building, Legrams Lane (BD7), located within 10 minutes walk to the University of Bradford.
Bills included (excluding Council tax)

Very secure and looked-after building
Have communal but very clean washer/dryer room.
Council tax band A (if you are not a fulltime student)

The flat is suitable for an international/home student or a couple.

Please DM me if you have any questions and pass the info to anyone who might be interested, if I cannot find a replacement, I should keep paying for an empty place which would be very challenging for me. So I highly appreciate if you could share this ad with your relatives and friends.
