Local corner shop is a 5 minute walk. Morrison's/Pure Gym is a short walk away. Close to Eccleshill high street, Eccleshill Pool and Greengates' Sainsburys. Apperley Bridge is a 10 minute walk which has lots of lovely restaurants and bars. The train station is a 20 minute walk and is close to Leeds Liverpool Canel and a marina.
