Room to let - great location.

I have a family sized 1930s mid terrace house with a large garden. The area is nice and the neighbours are lovely. I work full time. I do have 2 dogs and a cat so a pet lover is a must. I am 5 minutes drive from Apperley Bridge station, so there are good links to Leeds and further afield. There is a bus stop almost outside and it is about a 15 mins drive to the M62. My children have grown up and left home and the house is too big for 1 person.
