Spacious self-contained studio with its own private entrance, kitchenette and bathroom. The studio is fully furnished (bed frame, sofa, table and storage provided – tenant would just need a mattress). The kitchenette is equipped for electric cooking appliances such as an air fryer, microwave or electric hob rather than a gas cooker.

The studio is attached to the main house but has its own separate entrance, so you’ll have your own private space. The owner lives in the main house with a family member and a friendly cat, but the studio is completely separate.
