Opening in 2014, Appleton Point is Bradford’s newest student property, located just a short walk away from the University and the city centre.

With contemporary single studios and each studio coming as standard with a 20mb fibre optic broadband connection and WiFi throughout, Appleton Point is the perfect place for Bradford students to hang their hats.

Single studios are just £120/week all inclusive and the first 30 rooms booked get a £5/week discount.

What will I get in my room?

A comfy studio with a queen sized bed for you to stretch out in, a bed side unit to keep all your prized possessions, under-bed storage, shelves, a notice board, wardrobe with a fitted mirror and a large desk for you to study at! Not forgetting the ensuite with a shower, wash basin, toilet and mirror, and the kitchenette, which features a 2 ring hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Also included as standard is a 20mb fibre optic broadband connection with WiFi throughout.

Each studio is equipped for single occupancy, so you'll have your own private room, including a small kitchenette and ensuite shower room.
