Two double rooms for rent - free rent for 2 months

Two double rooms for rent in a 3 bedroom house. The house is fully furnished already. Preferably English speaking female students roughly around the same age (20 - 22). There is a balcony with chairs, so great for when friends come round. Would be nice to socialise together on weekends and evenings. I am happy to share kitchen utensils, and everything else in the house. Deposit is £222 per person which includes deposit protection. Rent is £192 per month per person, which includes water. Heating, electricity and broadband/TV are paid separately, which in total is £43 per month per person. If you would like to know anything else, please email me.
