We have a single room in our detached home to rent out. The room has a single bed, fitted wardrobe & chest of drawers with room for a small desk. There is a TV point & WiFi. You would share the large main bathroom, kitchen & living-room. We are a couple in our 50s, while I work full-time as a teacher, my husband works part-time. I am a non-smoker, he is a smoker but only smokes in the garage or outside. We have gardens to front & back & a large parking area within the front garden. The house is in a quiet area, about 10mins on the bus to Bradford town centre, near BRI, local pub, sports centre & nice walks. Available for students or professionals, no DHSS. Rent is £50 per week or £70 with meals provided.
