One bedroom in shared house

I don't know why it's come up saying two beds available - it won't let me change to just one.
Anyway, this is a a bedroom fully furnished to a nice standard with double bed and small ensuite comprising of toilet, sink and shower.
I signed a contract for this room in February, however in the meantime circumstances have changed and I will be taking a gap year and need someone to fill my room for me and take over the contract.
The landlord is a lovely, very fair man and he is also actively looking for someone to fill this room.
