I'm looking for a female or male house mate / lodger to rent a double room in my large 4 bedroom house.
The property has two large reception rooms so you could have your own living room for privacy. I have a large, modern kitchen/diner with American double fridge so plenty of room to store your food. Use of High-speed Broadband is also included in the rent.
The double bedroom hasn't got a bed in but I can buy one if you require.
I work full-time Monday-Friday and see my children on a weekend so you would not see a great deal of me.
10 minutes walk to Shipley and Saltaire and 5 minutes walk Frizinghall Train Station to take you to Leeds or Bradford.
