My partner and i are looking for people to occupy our 2 spare double rooms. The house, as you can see has been newly decorated and refitted with a new kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi. It is within 1 mile of major motorways and next door to major bus routes into Leeds and Bradford. There is also street parking.

We politely request non smokers and people who will contribute to keeping our home clean and tidy for everyone else, as you would expect to find it. We are both easy going professionals. He is a 30 year old business owner and she is a newly qualified nurse. We require ID, 2 references, 1 month's rent of £350 upfront plus a £250 bond. All bills and utilities are included, included high speed broadband. Couple are welcome at £500PCM plus a £500 bond
