Double Room - All Bills Included!

I am a 30year old girl seeking help towards cost of living alone. All the bills are included in the asking price. Only extra to this would be your own food. Big 3 story house that has plenty of room for 2. I am very relaxed and laid back and extremely friend warm and easy to get along with. You will have your own room and the rest of the house is shared. The room will fit a double possibly up to a king sized bed. Currently there is a single flat pack bed made up but this can be used for yourself if required. No other furniture is in the room, the room is more open and bigger then I can fit into the photo, you can decorate the room to your own liking I dont mind at all. I am a 10 minute walk away from Bradford City Centre, perfect for access to the train / bus stations without sitting in morning traffic! I am looking for someone who doesnt take themselves too seriously, that is friendly and not difficult to live with. There is on street parking. There is a supermarket just a 5 minute walk away.
