We have a double and single room available where you share the kitchen, bathroom and living areas in a quiet street in Bradford BD4 area with easy access to Bradford city centre and Leeds, Close to local shops, supermarkets, major roads in and out.

Electricity and gas are paid on a meter as needed and shared by all.

You will be expected to provide a work reference and proof of income to pay rent. A deposit will also need to be paid upfront before the start of the tenancy along with admin fee.
