The room is fully decorated. It is a very peaceful room and would certainly suit someone that likes calmness and relaxation. The Bed is very comfortable and past Tenants have expressed this too. The house has all mod cons as standard, including Washer Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge and separate Freezer. Tea, Coffee, Milk and Sugar are free to use. There is a 100Mb Wifi speed Broadband available. On street parking and private parking available. There is full gas central heating fitted in all rooms.

The house is very close to all amenities such as Pound world, Morrisons, Iceland, B and Q, Odeon Cinema, PureGym, Aagrah Indian restaurant and Mcdonalds etc.

The house is on the border of Leeds and Bradford. It is also very close to Morrison's Head office, Lloyd's Banking group in Pudsey and multiple other big organisations. I work away and my partner will be with me, so the house will be empty even though I have put down existing people that live there.

Proof of ID is required. Copy of passport & driving licence is fine with home or current address on.
