Light airy room with a view, in characterful home.

Hi there - I am renting a room in my family, mid-terrace home - as my children have now flown the nest!

You would have a lovely, light and airy double room on the second floor. You have use of the bathroom (only to be shared with 1 other, as 1 has her own ensuite), lounge and kitchen.
The lounge has a hammock, a wood burning stove and all the other usual loungey things - which you have sole use of with the other tennant.

My house backs onto Bramley recreation ground so has a lovely outlook - and in the distance you can see the hills of Ilkley moor - you have this view out of your large window - and the sunset!
Bramley swimming baths are just a stroll across the park!
The canal is a 2min drive away and it's easy to get out west to Otley/Ilkley and the Dales should you enjoy the countryside.
Bramley train station is a 12min walk and trains are 10mins into Leeds centre. Also the 49 and 16 bus from the bottom of the street go to the city centre - or the 91 into Headingly.

This is a quiet home and a lovely escape from city life - one of the other tennants is a PHD student, and the other professional - they are very grateful for the cozy, quiet space.

I am an Artist working part time in school and part time self employed doing community projects and my own work.
I have a self contained flat in the basement - so I'm easily available if there are any problems....I only pop up to use the washing machine and collect post every now and then!
