The available room is a light and airy double on the second floor, newly redecorated with brand new carpet, mattress and curtains.
It’s the prettiest room in the house, with a large picture window looking west across Bramley Park, with the hills of Ilkley Moor beyond — and glorious sunsets from March through to October.

The bathroom is right next door and shared with just one other housemate (the third has her own ensuite).
The lounge is warm and inviting, with a wood-burning stove, hammock and comfortable seating — a cosy space to relax.
The kitchen backs directly onto the park, so you enjoy the view there too. It’s light and spacious, with a dining table, large fridge/freezer, gas oven and hob, washing machine and all the usual essentials.

• Easy access west to Otley, Ilkley and the Dales
• 12-minute walk to Bramley station (10 minutes into Leeds centre)

The household is quiet, respectful and friendly. One housemate is a PhD student and the other a working professional — both value the cozy, peaceful atmosphere here.

I’m an artist, working part-time in a school and part-time self-employed, running my own art practice and wellbeing groups. I live in a self-contained flat within the property, so I’m around if needed — but the main house is very much your space to enjoy.

Couples are welcome (£900 per month).
