Hello!

Our housemate Katt has moved in with her boyfriend which is super cool, Greggorio and I are sad to see her go but also looking forward to meeting someone new and awesome

The room is a furnished double, you'll be sharing the bathroom shown between you and Greg so not quite en suite but the next best thing. The house itself is an extended semi with 3 bedrooms and a box room that will be a guest bedroom in time

There is a kitchen and a living room as well as the kitchen/diningroom in the extension because I planned the house from the start to be a place where three adults could live happily and wouldn't have to be on top of each other all the time. The ground floor of the extension is great for entertaining and there being two kitchens and living rooms means noone will be forced to go out or hide in their room if someone else is entertaining, batch cooking or you're sick of the very sight of me!

That being said, I enjoy living with people and hope that you'll want to be friends as well as cohabitants

There is off street parking, Aldi is 0.6 miles away, corner shop 4 minute walk away, busses at the bottom of the road, my immediate neighbors are lovely and so quiet and there are woods within easy walking distance

About me
I've no interest in drugs, drink occasionally though not excessively. I enjoy bouldering a great deal and lift a bit as cross training, I also really enjoy walking so bonus points if you do as well. That said I'm a bit of a nerd I read scifi/fantasy, I like playing board games with my friends and want to get back to my sculpture degree roots and start being a bit more creative

I'm a fairly experienced live in landlord having had many lodgers before and am still in contact with most of them, I try hard to respect people and believe that although I own the bricks, you live here just as much as I do. I'd really like to avoid all the house rules, house meeting kind of thing preferring people to just air their problems before it becomes a whole big thing

I'm a self employed builder so sometimes have minimal work to do and sometimes am working 60+ hour weeks. If it's the latter I will try not to let that impact you but I'll have less time to clean when I'm slammed and often I'll need to organise the next days tools in the livingroom though don't spill over into the kitchen/diner so there's aways somewhere nice to be

I'm a morning person often going to bed at 9-10 and getting up 6-7 especially if I'm working on a project outside of Leeds. I'm sure we'd be able to make it work if you're a night owl but less tiptoeing all round if you're not especially as there is a bit of work left to do on the house

Greg works in adult care, he's friendly and super easy to get on with, clean as well though not in an overbearing way generally awesome, I would recommned living with him :)
