I am advertising this room after sharing a long term tenancy with my friend who is now moving out.
The house is less than 5 mins walk to Bramley train station which goes direct to Leeds city centre (approx 8 mins). Ideal for commuters.
There is some off road parking available. I also have a private drive that can fit 2 cars. House is close to a large shopping centre and a Morrison’s.
All fully furnished and kitchen utensils etc available for shared use. I also have a cat or 3, all super friendly, willing to share petting responsibilities!😸
