Other tenants work and two are also juggling currently studying and working with one we hope going to be the next Billie Eilish as she's a very talented musician!
we are looking for quieter male or female who is comfortable with their own space and respect others space, but also happy to chat and sit when paths cross with your house mates and enjoys eating Persian food as Micheal and Mo are feeders and love cooking.
It's not a party house, but guests are welcome, we just ask you respect the others space. We are looking for a house mate who will fit in with current tenants so ultimate choice will go to them.
LOCATION
its a 5 minute walk from Bramley Train stations, with 1 stop in to Leeds City centre and 2 stops to Bradford with frequent trains to Manchester Centre. 2 min drive to Leeds inner ring road and there is a large Asda 10 min drive away a Tescos 10 min walk and also a Morrisons 5 min walk.
FACILITIES
Comes with large communal living room again with new carpets , Smart TV, Super Charged VOLT Virgin Broadband, and Mesh pods in house so excellent coverage through the house .
Large leather corner sofa & chair.
Spacious dining kitchen with 2 fridge/freezers, so no cramming your food in one fridge , loads of kitchen storage, washing machine and dishwasher, and a large cellar and basement for storage of luggage or boxes.
Modern installed shower bathroom room with power over head rain shower... There is only one bathroom space but it's never a problem and there is always hot water from the power shower.
Included in the monthly rent:
- All bills (broadband energy, water, council tax, TV licence)
- Cleaner of communal areas & windows cleaned & Gardner
This is house that I don't monitor the heating either .. if your cold you have control to heat house!!
