Looking for new housemate in lovely Bramley home

Hi 👋 im Beth (30) and im looking for a clean and friendly housemate to move into my housemates old room (unfurnished) as she will be moving in with her boyfriend. The bedroom is a good size with plenty of room for a double bed and additional furniture.

The house is a lovely clean and spacious property with a large shared kitchen/dining room and large living room, a shared bathroom and seperate toilet. There is also a basement if you require extra storage space or need somewhere to store a bike. The property also has plenty of outdoor space with a private front garden and large shared back garden with the three properties next door. If you have car there is also plenty of free onstreet parking.

The location of the property is ideal, being on a leafy green street right next to Bramley Park, and the local shopping centre and supermarket being only a 5 minute walk away. Bramley train station is only a 15 minute walk away which has regular trains into Leeds City Centre. There are also a number of gyms nearby.

I spend Monday to Friday working for a stockbrokers and work from home 2 days and spend 3 days in the office. I enjoy being social and going to the pub etc. but also enjoy time alone and respect people's space.

The room is great value at £525 a month. Energy bills, WIFI, and council tax come to about an extra £145 each currently.
