Double room in homely all female house

Hi there,

We have a cosey double room available in our house in Leeds. The room is fully furnished with comfy, high quality mattress and plenty of storage.

The house is spacious, well kept and the rent includes all bills and fast broadband. It's on a quiet cul-de-sac with on-street parking and is only a minute's walk from the supermarket, bus station and pub. The train station is a 10 minute walk and is one stop to the city centre, it takes less than 10 minutes into town.

In the house is Shona, Philippa and Toni. They're easygoing professionals in their 20s who get on well and like to keep the place clean and tidy. They're looking for anyone similar to share with.

The contract is flexible, but ideally we're looking for someone wanting to stay for a while. I’m a private landlord and have been renting rooms in Leeds for 15 years, I never charge fees and have a good relationship with all my tenants.
