I have a room coming available in August in my house in Bramley. I have just finished renovating the house, so everything is brand new! Now looking for a housemate to rent my spare room as I spent way too much doing it up!
The house is in a great location, just off the ring road with shops, take aways and bus stops just around the corner. The rent includes the bills, and internet. The room is basically self contained, it will have a small sofa in it (not shown in the pics) so just the kitchen that you would share with me.
Happy to consider couples, but there would be an extra £50 on the monthly rent.
Happy to answer any questions, or arrange viewings, feel free to get in touch! The room is available for up to six months as I will be selling the house, so can’t offer longer term I’m afraid
