Single room available for short term let

I have a single bedroom in my home that is available for short term let only, as it is booked for rent from March next year.

The room is furnished, including a desk, and is ready to move in. Bedding can also be supplied if needed.

The house has a lovely garden for use in nice weather, and a log fire in the living room in the winter.

I work in the evenings, so am looking for someone who works or studies, outside of the house, during the day. The house unfortunately is not suitable for anyone who is unemployed or works/studies from home.

I am a vegetarian, and cooking of meat in the property is not ok, so the room would suit a vegetarian or vegan ideally, or a meat eater who is comfortable to forfeit meat in the house. .

I also have two cats and they are sociable and friendly, so animal lovers are especially welcome.

I am a sociable person and would love to find someone who I can interact with. Perhaps a shared meal or a movie night at the weekends.
