On a road with buses that run to city centre so great transport links and a walk from Kirkstall shopping centre or Bramley shopping centre, corner stores nearby too.

Large recently renovated kitchen and Living room for socialising/cooking.

Lots of storage space in the basement for bicycles or excess items.

Large south facing garden to relax in or put plants in.

I am a live in landlord. I am looking for housemates to fill the house and socialise with. Currently one other tenant in room next door in loft.
